CONFERENCE FEES

- Normal registration until 20/03/2018: 150 USD
- Normal registration after 20/03/2018: 200 USD
- Student registration: 120 USD (proof required)

The fees include admission to all scientific sessions, the publication of 1 paper, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches, social events. In order to have 1 paper published at least 1 registration fee has to be paid by 02/04/2018.

A lower fee of 70 USD is waived for student registration under sponsorship of a VASE member and should be approved by the local organizer.

Note: A journal fee of 80 USD per paper is only required when the paper is accepted by the journal after April 2018.

To facilitate the payment confirmation, authors are required to add details on paper ID and Contact phone number as instructed below:

1- Example of author who has paper ID of 30 and cell phone of 0988123456:
