1. Conference Location:

2. Checking-in:

Friday, 18 May 2018 at 07:30 for registered participants at no cost. Conference tags provided during checking-in allow access of participants to conference materials and refreshments. Please bring with you an identification document with picture (i.e. ID or passport) and remember your PID to facilitate your entry to the conference premises and to ensure prompt check-in.

On-site registration is possible for participants who have not registered.

On site registration fee: 200 USD/ 4 500 000 VND

3. Dress code:

Please use formal/ traditional/ smart casual attire during the conference.

4. Conference Opening:

5. Plenary and Keynote Lectures:

Time: Friday, 18 May 2018, 10:15 – 11:45

Location: Nguyet Que room

6. Coffee break:

Coffee will be offered at the conference venue in the break-time.

7. Lunch:

Lunch will be offered at the conference venue for 18 and 19 May, 2018

8. Gala Dinner: 

Time: Friday, 18 May 2018, 18:40

Location: Whale Park

Transportation: The Whalepark is 900m far from the conference venue, thus it is possible to walk to the place. See direction on Maps section.

Dress Code: Formal / Evening dress

9. Oral Sessions:

Presenters are requested to contact the Session chairman 15 min before the session starts. Bring a copy of your presentation in an USB drive and check the presentation beforehand with the conference facilities.

There are 8 oral sessions that are taken place at 4 different rooms. Please check the overall program and session information in your conference folder to have the correct presentation time.

9. Poster Sessions:

The poster session takes place at the conference hall. Presenters should hang their poster the latest by 3pm, 18 May 2018 and should be available to present the poster throughout the poster session time.

10. Documentation:

Proceedings: The proceedings of the conference is published with ISBN and will be distributed to registered participants.

11. Accommodation:

Participants are expected to make their own travel and hotel arrangements. The local organizers have negotiated accommodation at special rates of 10 to 30% discount if the MMMS2018 code is used for the booking process at the hotels. Details can be found on conference website:

Please make your hotel reservation by 14 May 2018, the room block cut off date, to secure a room at these hotels for above discount.

12. Airport Transportation:

The Danang international airport is located approximately 7 kilometres east of the conference venue. Taxis are readily available outside the arrivals section of the airport. The trip to the conference venue, as well as other surrounding hotels, will cost approximately 10 USD one way.
